Terms and Conditions

1) This Redemption is open only to shoppers at Heartland Mall – Kovan (“Mall”)

2) All tenants and their staff, all agents, suppliers, personnel working in the mall and employees of the Mall are not eligible to participate in this Redemption.

3) They are also not permitted to make any redemption on behalf of shoppers.

4) To qualify for the Redemption, shoppers are to provide their receipt/s or e-receipts, name, mobile number and email address (optional) personally to the Customer Service Counter at level 2 for the redemption.

*The Mall reserves the right to record and retain the names and other relevant particulars of all shoppers taking part in the Redemption.

5) Only receipts from shops at levels 1, 2 & 3 are valid for this Redemption. Receipts from purchases of gift vouchers, trolley carts, sub-tenants, money changer services and stalls at the atrium area are not eligible for participation.

6) Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day regardless of spend. Redemptions are on a first come first served basis (while stocks last). Redemption must follow the qualifying spend tier.  Redemptions must be taken as they are and are strictly not exchangeable.  Kindly check your item(s) before leaving the counter.

7) Redemption must be made on date of purchase. A maximum of two (2) combined same-day receipts.

8) The Management reserves the right to substitute the redemption item/s with another type of equivalent value and to request shoppers to produce their purchases for verification.

9) The Management of Heartland Mall-Kovan reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

2) All tenants and their staff, and all agents, suppliers and employees of the Mall are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3) To qualify for the Promotion, shoppers are to provide their receipt/s or e-receipts, full name as in NRIC, mobile number, date of birth and valid email address (optional) personally to the Customer Service Counter at

level 2 for the redemption. The Mall shall have the right to record and retain the names, partial identification numbers and other relevant particulars of all shoppers taking part in the Promotion. The information will be used to contact the winners and verify the identities.

4) Only receipts from shops at levels 1, 2 & 3 are valid for this Promotion.  Receipts from purchases of gift vouchers, trolley carts, sub-tenants, money changer and stalls at the atrium area are not eligible for participation.  Credit card or Nets transaction slips may not be used for this Promotion.

5) Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not exchangeable and transferable. The Management accepts no responsibility or liability or expenses that may arise from the prize winnings, and any such tax or other liability is the sole responsibility of the winner.

6) Winners are required to present our letter of notification at the point of prize collection.
